E-Learning Competencies
My experience in the E-Learning Program from Stout, clearly left me with some key areas I felt were important for me to address when showcasing my work. Assessment, Design, Collaboration and Community Building, and Reflective Practice are critical areas when facilitating online learning. Below are examples of my work, as well as over all reflections that impact my teaching and learning philosophy.
Assessment
Apply current research and technology tools to create authentic assessment, discourse analysis, self and peer evaluation, rubrics, online surveys, tests and quizzes for self-paced tutorials.
